Dissolve 30 grams of Pure Whey Protein in 200 ml of water, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk and mix in a shaker or blender. Or add Pure Whey Protein to all kinds of dishes. Make sure you do not heat Pure Whey Protein above 70 °C. Choose from 3 delicious flavours: natural, vanilla or strawberry.
